Hi! I'm Raleigh. Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I'm genuinely so glad that you're here. A little about me...I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Career Services Provider living in Coastal Georgia with my husband and pup. I'm also a Certified MBTI and STRONG Practitioner, with over 10 years of counseling experience. As some of you may be able to relate, my journey to get here has been anything but linear. Oh, I followed the traditional trajectory of high school, college, graduate school, and entering the world of work, but the problem was that I made important decisions about my major, graduate program, and career path without a clear sense of knowing who I really was and what I actually wanted to do with my life. If I'd had a career guide to help me clarify these things earlier on, it would have been a game changer for me. Luckily, I ended up in the same career that I went to graduate school for, but it took me a long time to get here, as there were many winding twists and turns along the way! I want to empower others to take responsibility for themselves and their lives, to really know themselves, and to find meaningful work that aligns with who they are, where they've been, and where they want to go in life. Do you offer mental health counseling for things like anxiety and depression?

No, I just offer individual career counseling and career assessments. Please see "Services" for more details.

What is the MBTI?

The MBTI is an assessment that sorts people into one of 16 different personality types. It can help individuals develop self-awareness and make satisfying career choices.

Who do you serve?

I serve individuals ages 16 years old and up.

What is the STRONG?

The STRONG is an interest inventory assessment that helps people identify their career direction based on their interests.

What assessments do you offer?

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory (STRONG). There are also some additional self-administered assessments that I prepare clients to complete.

How many sessions will I need?

No, I do not accept insurance. My standard 50-minute session fee is $135 for either individual career counseling or career assessment sessions only. There will be an additional charge for the MBTI and STRONG assessments.

Do you accept insurance?

It will depend on each client's individual needs, but career counseling is a short-term vs. a long-term process and the sweet spot for most clients doing individual career counseling is between 4 - 7 sessions.

Where are sessions held?

All sessions are held online via a secure, HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. I do not offer in-person sessions.
